About Us

Equitable Voice began with a simple idea: people should feel heard — not just surveyed.

Too often, politics, policy, and big business talk about people, not with them. That’s where we come in.

Founded by Jay Cooper, a strategist with deep experience in political engagement, grassroots development, and community-based campaigns, Equitable Voice was born out of frustration. And belief. Frustration that the loudest voices often drown out the most important ones. Belief that with the right tools, every person, every business, and every region can be part of shaping the future.

We don’t do spin. We don’t chase headlines. We listen first. Then we act.

From remote towns to city boardrooms, we work with those who want to build something better. That might mean policy that reflects lived experience. Campaigns that connect, not just convince. Or partnerships that turn local knowledge into national impact.

Our Story

We bring together strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, backed by real research and a network of people who care.

At Equitable Voice, we stand for:

  • People, not voters.

  • Outcomes, not ideology.

  • Transparency, not tactics.

  • Facts, not noise.

  • Sustainable progress, not slogans.

This isn’t about left or right. It’s about forward, together.
